Nurse Call Systems

This is two weeks I tried calling. yes I have 2x, but only the first time I called I chose theraphy, I have to wait until September until I see Dr. called me yesterday to tell him that my medicine is not working, and my condition is worse. The receptionist will call you back. still no call. do these people care? im sure they do not even tell you I have called my dr. I'm no devil just trying to get in to get pills, I really need some help and guidance here. what is wrong with this system and why it looks like I will not help here?
