Nurse Call Systems

They say use it, what they call the "umbrella" system, this system is just complicated and I think they rob me of my money, I work for the agency known as nurses and Wat it is for my wage as wrong and the company I have worked systems. h is so stupid dont do what they do. After deducting all of your gross pay them what they call the allowable tax deduction at the national and insuarace deductions, and they invent these expenses I do not know where they get from.w wat worries me most is what I learned allowabletax asked wat this deduction is stabilizing, but says that just send ur spending so you can go down, my friend tried to send in spending, but it seems they were taking more money they need to submit the costs, coz I'm just totally confused all the companies I worked for National insuarance inferred and taxes, but this is just a nightmare, they are paying too much money as ur and say that money is unclaimmable as the rate paid by the government need help on this, coz i need to take this company to your payroll system is robbing people, this deduction is legal or illegal, please help me please i need ur help just ring local tax office - to help that conditions are very strict on what can and can not be deducted from your salary.
